A tour of the Building has to be pre-booked which lasts around an hour.
We were given the history of the building. Built in the 1920's but in a classic style, it is very impressive with both red and green marble. Specially commissioned paintings.

Rotterdam The Netherlands was one of my must see destinations on this trip, we didnt have any trouble finding affordable parking. Downtown, Old Town and all the government buildings like City Hall were magnificent.
