I expected to learn about the Dutch photography history and see master pieces of the known Dutch photographers. I was disappointed. Very small and not worth the entrance fee. Temporary exhibition about the work of Cos Oosthuys was interesting but the other exhibitions had nothing...More

Went to see the 'Big Heads' exhibition which was fantastic, nice sized exhibition in a great area, didn't take up too much of a sightseeing day

Some amazing photographs being exhibited and worth to see it as a photographer myself. BUT - I really thought there would be more on display. And 11 Euros may not be much for Europeans, so as a tourist from Africa one has a higher expectation...More

I visited recently and enjoyed the visit, even though my expectation was a bit higher. The place is rather small and I walked through within an hour. The exhibitions were well curated and prepared.

We went to this museum one day and there was very little to see. The coffee bar had no one working it, the staff were very distracted, don't bother.

Amazing pictures on display. Really enjoyed the theme exhibition by Charlotte Dumas. What an amazing pictures. It's a pity there a relatively fee photos on display. The museum has a huge collection, so it's a shame there's so little to see.

Visited the museum shortly after the opening of the Big Heads exhibition. Quite some impressing pictures. I would definitely recommend a visit to everyone who loves photography, but I would consider having a look at the current exhibitions on the website.
