- RamblingSpotsMilan, Italy25 contributionsPiece of artThis bridge is worth a visit for sure. While walking around the city you will find many interesting structures, but the Erasmus Bridge fears no opponent. It's so big you might struggle to fit it in a single picture. Despite the lack of activities nearby, you can sit on the benches that can be found on the banks to relax and take some nice pictures.Visited April 2020Written March 10, 2021
- Roslyn138Wrexham, United Kingdom635 contributionsModern DesignWe were docked at the cruise port so was ideal to view this impressive structure that spans the north and south of the city. We walked over in the daytime to the Markt and drove over when we returned from Central station following our visit to Amsterdam. The bridge has also featured in the Red Bull Air Race .Visited December 2021Traveled as a coupleWritten December 26, 2021
- JellybellydancerBurscough, United Kingdom1,477 contributionsEasily recognisableThis elegant bridge is easily recognisable against the Rotterdam skyline and complements the local architecture in this very modern city. We approached it walking along the Maas towards the Markthal, there were plenty of benches to sit and admire it, and an outdoor exercise class taking place in it's shadows! I imagine it would be fabulous lit up at night, but unfortunately we were only there for a few hours. Nothing to do with the bridge but there is a fclean, free WC underneath the flyover, something we struggled to find during our visit.Visited August 2022Written September 1, 2022

It doesn’t take too long to walk across but the views of the city are perfect from both sides. If you have the time I recommend visiting it.Visited July 2019Traveled as a coupleWritten January 29, 2020

The bridge is right next to the cruise ship terminal where our ship docked for the day. We took a water taxi and went underneath on our way into the city but took a tram over it when returning. The bridge is actually quite wide and has space for road traffic, trams, cycles and pedestrians - it’s best viewed from the river to fully appreciate the modern design.

Such a majestic sight to see. Perhaps best seen at night. Unfortunately due to corona regels and the avondklok, we didn't get to see it at night. At 9pm,it wasn't fully dark yet. Still, even in the morning, it was such a beauty to see. Definitely looking forward to visiting it again and making some night shots.

Spectacular firework display here on New Years Eve.
Shame that all the hotels and bars in the area seemed to be open to private guests only. Nowhere to buy drinks to celebrate the New Year in the vicinity.
