Translated from Dutch this building is called the Gouda women tower gallery. It is in good shape on the outside and worth a look. It is rather odd, because you just know that something is missing, it used to be part of a chapel with pews, but that hasn't been the case for many centuries. It is now in use by an artist/entrepreneur.
