This boat company offers tours in both English and Dutch. As the canals run throughout the city center you get to see a lot of it. Have done their tours multiple times when family visited and can definitely recommend.

Don't forget to duck and watch that you keep your hands inside the boat. Canals are small for this not used to these older mainstays of commerce.
