No admission fee. The Church is full of beautiful things to see! Stained glass windows, artwork and a great ambience. The Church is still an active Roman Catholic Church, built around 1875. Great organ and choir!

This church is much smaller than the 'Nieuwe Kerk' (new church) at the market square, but its decorations are exquisite. A pity that the church doesn't (yet) open its doors more frequently.

We were intending to go to Sunday Mass here but found a church close to our hotel. We went later in the day and were impressed with how nice it was inside.

Rather disappointing compared with the really old churches in Delft, but they are having good concerts every now and then

This church is probably the nicest in Delft, because of the atmosphere inside aswell as the innerdecoration. It's bright and nice.

Lovely ceiling paintings and stained glass windows. We visited on openmonumentdag, so there were lots of people in the church and we felt comfortable taking our toddler along with us.

Unlike most churches in Holland and Delft, which are Protesant, this is a Catholic Church. It is located not far from The Nieuwe Kerk on Burgwal. It is only open from Thursday to Sunday from 12 to 5. However there is a chapel which is open everyday from 9:30 to 5. Not sure what you can see from the chapel. The elaborate alter is adorned with tall stained glass windows. The center aisle has beautiful tall sculpured arched columns. It is free to enter, so if you are there during its opening times, you should stop in for a visit.

Not far from Nieuwe Kerk on Burgwal is Maria van Jessekerk. It is a Catholic Church unlike all the others which are Protesant Churches. It is only open Thursday to Sunday from 12 till 5. However there is a chapel which is open every day from 9:30 till 5. Not sure if you are able to see the beautiful church from there. It has a grand alter with stained glass windows and beautifully carved arched columns all the way down. It is free to enter and if you are there when it is open, strongly suggest you stop in for a look.

Maria van Jessekerk is a neo-gothic catholic church built in the 19th century, and features beautiful glass in lead windows, with Maria van Jesse themes.
The admission is free, but you can appreciate the visit by leaving a small donation. Opening hours outside services schedule are strict, check for opening times on the Internet.

This is a stunner of a church, in fairness it's much more impressive inside than it's more illustrious neighbours the Oude and Nieuwe Churches. It's a Catholic one of course, so that's why. Catholic churches have much more ornate iconography than protestant ones. Here you have beautiful vaulted ceilings and a stunning altar.
It was built between 1875 and 1882 in neogothic style. The windows are stunning and the whole church has a lovely serenity about it.
Free to enter and a free leaflet guide is by the door. Totally worth calling in to see it, such a contrast from the austere beauty of its twoneighboyrs, this one is lavish beauty.
