Vrouwenpolder Beach has also a naturist section. It's very popular with Belgians as they don't have anything similar in Belgium. And especially gays are fond of it. There's always some cruising around but be aware, it's not allowed to walk in the dunes. But as the distance between 2 warning signs is rather large, you can always pretend you're not really in the dunes.

Before you access the beach, there's a large car-park which is not too expensive and which has a small restaurant. The beach stretches for kilometres and never have I seen it crowded. Plenty of opportunity for wind and kite surfing. I see there are now chalets snuggled into the dunes. What a super place for a vacation. There's also a small cafe on the beach and the wall of the dyke is a great place for walking and cycling.

Superb stretch of beach, fine sand, shallow water ideal for small kids, great approaches for cycling up and down dunes, good restaurant (mussels and chips). Great for sandcastles, kite-flying...

The golden sanded beach stretches as far as you can see lovely for a walk on windy autumn day but would think it is very crowded during the summer!!

This beach has a broad horizon and gives you a very nice view over the sea and a part of the deltaworks (Oosterscheldedam). The beach is broad, white sand and offers all the facilities you need. A large part is forbidden for dogs! The beach and the sea are easy accessible.

Whilst a little windy, this beach is great for spending time with small children. At low tide, the beach is filled with small shallow lagoons ideal for the youngest to play.

The Beach at Vrouwenpolder is the best place for long Beach Walks in Autumn. When it is not too cold or too windy, you can have a good time here, enjoy the views and stretch your legs ...
After the walk you can have something too eat or to drink in the cafe's and restaurants in this area.
This is the best place to visit if you need to recharge your body batteries and clear your mind... Refreshing ...

Nice beach close to the town Vrouwenpolder. It goes as long as the eye can see.
Kids can play in the sand, you can have some dutch fries, beer or hot chocolate in one of the restaurants at the beach, take a bike, go running, kitesurf or depending on the weather swim in the ocean.

Visited with some friends and was amazed by the cycle paths, the vast beaches with not too many people. Daughter took windsurflessons on Veerse Meer with excellent teachers. Best I've ever seen !!!
