Not far from the centre, a bit hidden but a very nice place to visit with kids or adults. You get a touch of how things where a century ago. Small kids will also be happy here, running & playing.

I heard it was restored to serve as a touristic sightseeing. Well, it's a lovely one, cool for pictures and to unerstand more about the local culture.

This is a restored woodmill which still saws wood. It is located by the water where the logs are floating, waiting to be sawn. The mill doubles as a party venue. Lovely staff.

Being very close to central Utrecht this is a great example of Dutch heritage. Apart from guided tours there's also a nice bar.

The saw mill can be visited on saturdays between 13 and 16:00 hrs., but only with one of our tour guides. Donations are appreciated for their time and towards the maintenance of the mill. See te website molendester.nu for... More
