Fantastic modern venue right beside the Utrecht centraal train station and close to the city centre . Great choice of artists and events and any of the several halls I have been too , the acoustics were spot on . Great choice of bars too . Plenty dotted around so no mad long ques . A large food hall too , which is handy.

I had an amazing time here with my girlfriend. It was one of the best concerts I have been to, and I’ve been to many.
I’ve learnt that the wood that they use supports softer sounds. The acoustics are magnificent. Friendly staff and right next to the train station. What else do you want in a night out?

Not a great way to make friends with me!

TivoliVredenburg recently opened. At the end of June there was a series of concerts advertised as "Janine Jansen & Friends". As I am a huge fan of violinist Janine Jansen I bought a ticket for Saturday afternoon 28 June. There was a performance in the Hertz hall. A huge poster of Janine Jansen next to the entrance door! I was looking forward to the concert and to hearing Janine Jansen play again. However, about an hour and a half later the concert was over and I had not seen/heard Janine Jansen, just her so-called friends. I think TivoliVredenburg should and could have been clearer about the fact that Janine Jansen was not going to be in this concert! I mean, how desperate are they??!! Anything to get people to buy tickets? This is no way to make friends with me. I will certainly think twice before buying a ticket again.

Bad sound

We were at a very nice concert in the Grote Zaal. Strange room for a concert. Concert was great but the sound quality was not.

Steel Panther

Came to see Steel Panther in July from the UK. Had the best time, the venue is easy to get to, staff lovely, nice bar and toilets were super clean (rare at most gig venues!)
The stage was decent, quite a small venue but this made the gig even better as it was more intimate! Steel Panther rocked!!

Well organised venue, seats were very comfortable for a music venue. Decent place to have a gig, we were pretty far away from the stage but still had a decent view.

Great Place for night out

We attended for a gig in the Ronde, a great room and the overall venue was very lively and good music options, was a real bonus going to this venue on our trip to Netherlands, I would recommend if there is an event on you want to go to or even for casual drinks and music in the ground floor bar area. Very close to the train station.

Came to the rescue

I came to Tivoli to watch Patti Smith, and for some reason felt really ill.. which culminated in me collapsing as I got up to get some air. A team of staff rushed to my aid and were very supportive in helping me recover myself. They made me feel very safe and comfortable.

Worst organization ever

It was ther worst night ever. I will never come back. We had tickets for a party until 5. Around 3 we changed floor for a second and we could not come back to the party. Nobody warn us that if we changed floor we would not be able to come back. Staff was very, very rude kicking us out. With no answers. They said the party was over while we paid a ticket until 5. They pushed people out, very rudely. It is not worthy at all.

Great acoustics

We saw Marco Borsato in concert. The acoustics were really good/great. The seats were fairly comfortable although airline knee room. There is standing as well. However, it’s a race to get seats as there is no allocated seat number. So make sure to get there early to get a good seat. We sat high up at the top directly facing the stage and this was a really good location.
