We parked in a pay car park just a stones throw from the beach having being tempted to visit Zandvoort on the understanding that there was a summer market on the Favauge boulevard there. Indeed close to where we parked we found a limited number...More

You should not expect the experience you get somewhere in Italy, Spain, etc. However it's very nice here. Very long beach line, a lot of playgrounds for kids, places to eat and relax. Neverstopping wind creates great conditions for surfing and other related activities.

Attended Old Timers as my partners club were racing (old timers being old cars not old people!). Great circuit, great view of the track, reasonable entry prices and if you're into cars or bikes, well worth a visit

Very cute houses, a nice town and a big long beach with funny trucks at the beach selling food. Very very interesting food and places, lovely views over the beach. Perfect place to come down.

At a first glance, I found it very similar to our Cox's Bazar sea beach, but much cleaner and well-maintained.

I was already three times in Amsterdam but each time I went to Zandvoort aan Zee. It is not the most scenic beach since there are huge concrete houses in the back, but the beach itself is great. Its vast size alone makes it very...More

The Netherlands to most of us is Amsterdam for a few days but one city can become like any other and for a change of scenery we cannot recommend Zandvoort an zee to highly. Only half an hour on the train from central station; and...More
