The story of the Ten Boom family is inspiring. This is a must see and hear. The English speaking guide was phenomenal. She was more than a tour guide, she was a storyteller. Be sure and book ahead.

This is truly a hidden gem. I'm so glad I found this after reading about it on Trip Advisor. The tour guide was a natural storyteller who spoke in vivid detail about the very moving story of the Ten Boom family who hid Jewish people in their home during the war. Even as a tourist I was made to feel... More

Booked ahead of time, there were about 12 of us on the English tour, started on time. Very informative and moving. A complimentary story to Anne Frank's in Amsterdam. Very genuine and not commercialized. Our guide was informative, patient, and allowed plenty of time for questions.

Small group (max 20) shown around the house by Christian volunteers who are faithful to the story and faith of a wonderful woman.

This was special , only take 20 people at a scheduled time each day as a small house , the tour is free with excellent guides with a great story to tell, strongly advise to pre book as very popular attraction and you will not be disappointed in this story from WW2

This one hour tour was great. We had reservations for the English speaking tour. I had read The Hiding Place, seen the movie, and heard Corrie Ten Boom speak during the 70's. My sister had no real background and enjoyed the tour as well. Each tour is limited to twenty people due to space limitations within the home. No cost,... More

An outstanding tour and overview of real Jewish people supported by a Dutch family in WW11. The house details the hiding place and the tour provides knowledge on procedures to ensure secrecy and discretion from the Nazis. The family and facility also provided sanctuary and a "safe house" for other persecuted and individuals "on the run." It was compromised by... More

Went there hoping to hear a lot about the War happs but who decided to make Corries post-war life the center of attention? Guide was passionate but messy, focused on irrelevant details about Corrie's life and praised her so much that I came out of the tour feeling brainwashed lol. Although the house is beautiful and interesting like the Anne... More

The tour took about an hour and was led by a very knowledgeable guide who gave us great background and history. We were here in the late 1970's and the museum did not exist then. They have done a remarkable job recreated the house. Corrie's father helped in the restoration so it is authentic. They have a small bookstore and... More
