We really enjoyed our cruise with Maxim. It was beautiful and because the boat wasn’t too big it felt personal and special. It was quite entertaining and he shared some interesting background facts. The length of the cruise also felt just right.
We’d bought the tickets on “get your guide” It was really easy to find the boat, because when we came to the dock/ location indicated in the tickets someone approached us and when we showed them our ticket they took us straight to the boat.
We also got a great view of everything because the boat was small enough to enable us to take pictures from both sides as well as having no ceiling to restrict the view.
We were a bit confused as to whether we could have the drinks or if we needed to pay for them, so we didn’t have any.
Because the boat is exposed to the weather the cushions we sat on were a bit damp (even though it didn’t rain whilst we were on the boat)

Captain Mo was great and the cruise was informative and relaxing. Mo made it interesting and funny with the right balance of history and humour. I would highly recommend these guys, the open boats are far more genuine and relaxing with better views and perspectives. The smaller number of people makes it more personal as well.

We went on our tour with Jeffrey and Steven. They were both very friendly, the guide had immense charisma involving people in all the stories, curiosities and facts he was telling about Amsterdam. He demonstrated that he had a lot of knowledge about all these topics in the city.
The walk was very beautiful, good for photographs and the fact that we caught the sunset made everything even better.
The boat was very comfortable and the windows allowed us to see in all directions.
It was a very well spent hour. It is undoubtedly a tour to recommend for anyone visiting the city.

We were so thankful to have an entertaining, engaging experience under the capable hosting of Steven. His narration went beyond other tours we’ve done, and it’s great how we worked in the many nations represented among the guests. Beer, wine, and soft drinks are available for purchase. It’s a great way to pass time before or after a visit to the Anne Frank museum.
(We were really worried we’d get stuck with John who we heard tends to make guests name every AJAX player, and if they can’t, he flips the boats over and makes people swim back while singing “Wilhelmus van Nassouwe”.

Romantic and historic! The open air cruise tour wandered slowly and the boat captain, Kai, did a great job of telling us the story of the historic sites and current city issues. Good for the whole family as long as one can step down into the boat.

The best part of our short stay in Amsterdam. We could finally relax from the crowds outside and listen to a great skipper, who gave us exactly the right amount of information that we were able to absorb. Reasonably priced drinks were also available. Definitely recommend.

The boat tour was perfect for a sunny day in Amsterdam. It’s not crowded and has fewer people so you can listen to the guide and ask questions. The guide was fantastic! not only did he know a lot of details about the city but since he has lived in Amsterdam for so long, he had many personal stories about the city as well which made the experience more enjoyable. The tour was around the smaller cosier canals and gave us a chance to get a closer look at the city. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing boat tour with a great funny guide Flo. We enjoyed the beauty of the city and heard many interesting facts about canals and the city itself. Definitely a must-do in Amsterdam!

What a surprisingly grat and friendly tour! Our captain, Martin, told us many interesting information about the city and its canals and the whole trip was very relaxed. Also the drinks were ice cold and not pricey at all. I highly recommend going with them!

Thank you for the wonderful circle the canals of Amsterdam! I Appreciate how the boat took us all around the city, not just a couple canals like some boats. The Guide, Stan, was knowledgeable, interesting & light hearted. A very pleasant experience.

We just bought at the canal before the boat left. You pay cash or card and then the receipt prints. Bairing in mind that ours wasn't one of those packed tourist ones

Ramon was the captain and my tour guide on 9 January 2017 for the Amsterdam light festival. We all had a fun time on our tour with great commentary by Ramon. I can't oost review because don't have the App space and too much effort to mess around. Just saying thanks and great trip. Ramon was fun and knowledgeable. Very enjoyable. Five stars.
