Our goal is to present a carefully selected number of brands in an even more carefully created environment in which the demanding client of today feels at home. Heb een hoodie online besteld via website, waarbij de optie local pick up op dat moment het beste was. Het was al niet duidelijk of 'local' in de buurt was, maar dit kon je niet vragen via Social media/telefoonnummer/e-mail. Gok gewaagd, bleek het om Amsterdam te gaan. Contact hierover gehad en ze wilde het naar huisadres sturen als ik dan eerst de verzendkosten zou betalen. Maar huisadres wilde ik nog steeds niet. Werd totaal niet mee gedacht of toegegeven dat er geen sprake was miscommunicatie, maar gewoon helemaal geen communicatie.

Das Baskets ist ein kleiner Shop für Turnschuhe und Sportklamotten. Keine besondere Auswahl. Kein besonderes Sortiment. Kein besonderes Konzept erkennbar. Kann man auch liegen lassen.
