In Dutch, 'Het Massagehuys' means 'The Massage Home', and that is what we would like: for you to feel at home. Set in a typical Dutch design setting, Het Massagehuys offers Oriental massages as they should be. Simply, in a nice street in the Baarsjes in Amsterdam West, between people. With a low threshold and a nice atmosphere. As a mini-break in your busy life. We do that with attention and care. Listening to your body. Natural and honest. We make our own massage oils, according to old family recipes and with self-created blends. Each type of massages comes with its own 1005 natural massage oil, that increases the effect of the massage. We picked the best organic teas and herbal infusions to drink after the massage. To help you unwind and bring your mind and body back into balance.

A couple of years ago I went to Massagehuys for the first time and immediately felt like the place to escape the busy real world. I've tried almost all the different massages but the stress relief is favourite by far. You can tell the masseurs where you'd like them to focus on and they'll make your massage as personal as they can. Every individual masseur is a pro!

Massagehuys is one of my favourite massage places in Amsterdam. The masseurs are real pro's and the shop is serene and peaceful despite being located on one of the busiest streets in town. When youre done you can sit and chill with a cup of herbal tea before you enter back into the real world. The She Special is one of the most relaxing massages you'll ever get.

Simply amazing! Yes, they are more on the expensive side when it comes down to prices, but in my opinion this is totally worth it. The people are friendly, the vibe is very relaxed and the massages are to die for! I got the Deep detox and it was the best massage ever (and I’ve had a few already ;-)). Not too strong like the Strong Muscle so don’t get fooled by the name. The tea afterwards is a nice touch. All in all a great experience.

Nice minimalist interior, though without any sort of sound proofing, so you will have to whisper all the time you're there. A generous amount of very nice tea is served. Friendly, respectful and hard working staff. The strong massage could have been a bit stronger.

Visited this place for the second time and again it was very good! They offer 5 or 6 different massages and serve different tea at the end of the massage. Everything is very neat and clean and people really enjoy their work. The only thing is that it can be a little bit noisy but on the other hand, if you are really relaxed you won't notice this.....

RUSHED. They gave the bare minimum and only 40 minutes when I booked an hour. The atmosphere is nice, but the treatment is terrible.

Absolute amazing place to get some rest and forget the stress from your day. Alessia was super thoughtful in listening to my body and its pain points and knew how to treat them. This will be my regular for sure!

Siwa (I think) is a very experienced masseuse and gives a very deep massage. I appreciated it a lot. Will definitely go back.
