We had a great time discovering the street art of Nieuw-West in Amsterdam, with a lovely, friendly, well-informed guide to tell us about the history of the different art works...highly recommended!

We were very disappointed with spending 4 hours to see what you can see in every metro or street in US. Absolutely not worth the effort or time .

Dear Amir. Thank you very much for your 2nd vindictive review. When you came to the gallery with your family, our team had offered you a standard ticket of 20 euros per person and a knowledgeable art historian guide to show you the locations of the works. You said that you only have 1 hour and you want to see everything quickly, without the stories or a guide. I personally warned you that the map option is not for inexperienced street art hunters and, again, the guide will be quicker to show you the walls. You said you don't want to pay for the full ticket and map is OK for you. You did not manage to orientate well and as you express yourself in the other review on Google - only found 1 wall. Well, this is not an indicator of our collection but simply a case of your inability to use maps and your greed when it comes to following the suggested principle of museum's operation: the collection is spread over 4 km and you do need a guide to show you the works. Next time, insead of saving money on culture and leaving hateful reviews - try to go with an advice from professionals.

That is a very strong title to have, when lists of things to go to in central Amsterdam seem endless. However, this is a great way to see more of the city beyond what tourists usually just see. If you are in Amsterdam for more than a day or two, I strongly encourage you signing up for a tour! The museum is a walking tour through Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Our guide was fantastic, she was fluent in French and English too. The Street Art Museum gave such a fresh perspective on not just street art but art as a whole (not going to spoil anything.) There are some beautiful murals to see! A heads up: when arriving to the building it might feel like you went the wrong way as it is in a neighborhood, but the door is labelled and covered in art! Also the tour doesn't end where you start, but does end next to a bus stop.…

The reception was closed though I deliberately asked opening hours after having read a bad comment on Tripadvisor. The lady said we could book a tour (for group or individual) or get a map with the street art spots. But there was nobody at Immanuel Kanthof 1. I recommend NDSM visit instead which is in the North and very interesting!…
