An incredible museum with so many beautiful works. We booked a Sunday afternoon guided tour and very glad we did. We enjoy street art and learned a lot about the history of street art and graffiti writers. The panorama deck gives an incredible view and the cafe has delicious coffee and pastries/snacks. I would recommend going early and walking around the NDSM pier to see the artwork around the area.

A wonderful exhibition in a former shipyard. Entrance is expensive (17.50 euros) but in line with the price of musea in the Netherlands in general. The display is smartly done and the explanations are interesting. Nice cafeteria too.

I recently took my daughter (16) on this tour, I must admit I didn't have high hopes for it. I very much thought that this would be for her only. I was suprised, to say the least. The guide was birlliant, informative, human and easy to talk to. Hearing of the area, and it's population was fascinating, even before we come to the art. Yes it is Art, and very varied art at that, Symbolic in places, whimsical in others, and telling stories of the people who both live in the area, as well as the artist's own experience.

I'm carrying a back injury, and whilst there was a reasonable amount of walking, it was at a gentle pace, and indeed the tour was extremely informative as there is so much to see.

I emailed some of my concerns (i.e. the back injury) the day before to Anna, and the email reply was fast, professional and extremely informative. Communication was truly excellent.

Highly reccomend, but still bring an umbrella (Amsterdam weather is always unpredicably delightful)..

Complete waste of time
this is not a museum, but more like a cabin. Cabin was closed although Website said open at this time. Nobody answered the phone. Links to virtuasl tour were broken, not accessible.
It would be easy to fix this mess with some signs or some online assistants that actualy work. Since it is quite a travel from the city center, we lost about 3 hrs for absolutely nothing.
They also offer a guided tour, but € 120.- for 4 people....come on....

The tour of Street Art Museum in Amsterdam provided by charismatic Anna is absolutely worth taking! I was overwhelmed by the magnificence of the wall paintings, unbelievable stories behind their creation, cheesy and real-life details the guide gave us, and all this mixed up with her vibrant personality, witty sense of humour and energy - this is one of a kind experience that will make you forget everything you've seen in amsterdam before. THank you, Anna!

A must-see in Amsterdam, it shows you a different side of the city in a way you wouldn't expect it to. The murals are beautiful, the stories behind their creation captivating and the tour guide (also the founder of the museum) deserves recognition for her great spirit, ability to tell stories and helpfulness. Thanks to to her I am now a big fan of street art. :) Overall great experience that I highly recommend for anyone.

This program was one of the best (and the competion is strong!) in Amsterdam. András, my 16 year old son first was very angry because I applied for a guided tour but after a few minutes he forgot all of his doubts. Our guide was not Anna who is the founder of the project but Diane a local citizen with her 3 month old baby. She was very kind and very good guide. She spoke about the stories behind the pictures, the authors, reactions of the people, the process of work and the history of this art pieces. So it took us really close to the project. Finally Anna also came up and she spoke about the style and the artificial methods. Both approach was relevant and interesting. Go and see!

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! Even when I was the only 'customer' on the day Anna still took me on the full tour and shared so much of her knowledge and experience. Anna took such good care of me even keeping in contact for specific directions to the meeting point as I was staying in central Amsterdam. Incredible value for such a detailed quality tour. The tour suits so many interests, not just Street Art. By far the highlight of my entire 3 month Europe trip! Big thanks and hugs to Anna!

Beautiful street art! But it's very cold to visit in the summer since there is no heater inside. Make sure wrap up warm!

We were very disappointed with spending 4 hours to see what you can see in every metro or street in US. Absolutely not worth the effort or time .

Dear Amir. Thank you very much for your 2nd vindictive review. When you came to the gallery with your family, our team had offered you a standard ticket of 20 euros per person and a knowledgeable art historian guide to show you the locations of the works. You said that you only have 1 hour and you want to see everything quickly, without the stories or a guide. I personally warned you that the map option is not for inexperienced street art hunters and, again, the guide will be quicker to show you the walls. You said you don't want to pay for the full ticket and map is OK for you. You did not manage to orientate well and as you express yourself in the other review on Google - only found 1 wall. Well, this is not an indicator of our collection but simply a case of your inability to use maps and your greed when it comes to following the suggested principle of museum's operation: the collection is spread over 4 km and you do need a guide to show you the works. Next time, insead of saving money on culture and leaving hateful reviews - try to go with an advice from professionals.
