We did this on our last day as we didn't book in advance. I would highly recommend, its was a really good way to see the city. Guide was very friendly and had loads of knowledge. I just wish we had booked in advance of our trip to do on our first day.

Had just flown in from the states - up over 30 hours. Beautiful sunny day, so we signed up for the Countryside tour. Grabbed some items for a picnic at a nearby grocery before the tour beforehand. There were 11 in our group, ranging from late twenties to late sixties. Our guide, Girl Mike, did a great job maintaining a... More

We took the bike tour that took us to the country side. There were approx. 13 of us. We were the oldest at 65 & 69, but it was easy and everyone was able to keep up. We stopped at a windmill, a cheese "factory"/wooden shoe maker, a beautiful park and plenty of the city. We actually rented bikes the... More

It was my first time to Amsterdam, and I googled for what's best to do with just 1 day. I had only 1 Sunday because I was on a business trip. Anyway, Google related me to this City bike tour which had quite a lot of positive comment, so I gave it a go together with my another friend. We... More

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed a trip with Mike's Bikes out of Amsterdam to the surrounding countryside. Matthias was a great guide, putting everyone at ease and helping us navigate the bike lanes of Amsterdam before the city quickly gave way to fields and canals. Despite a rainy day the kids had a great time and the stop-off at... More

We like to take bike tours in the cities we visit. It is usually a fun way to see the town, get a feel for the area and have some fun. Today we had a group of 9 bikes. Our guide, Mike, ( a woman named , Mike) called us a family and suggested we stay together. We were all... More

Love it, the bike ride was easy and comfortable. Once we reached the countryside we could relax away from the hustle of the city. The farmer has a good sense of humour and proud to speak five languages. Give yourself enough time to find the bike shop from Central Station, almost in front of DoubleTree hotel.

Our excellent guide, though American born, was just simply fantastic. He led us through the maze of streets in the city of Amsterdam. Then led us through a romp in the countryside, eventually to a working dairy making gouda cheese, and wooden shoes. It was a great ride, good pace, viewing working wind mills, farms, and fabulous residences.

We did the countryside tour which included a visit to a farm that makes cheese and clogs, (watch out ladies the farmer is a bit mental but harmless enough, although surprisingly fluent in Chinese :)). Daniel, our tour guide was very friendly and full of information and super dry dutch wit which was great and the whole thing was really... More

Colonel was our guide and he was super fantastic in taking us around the great city of Amsterdam! We learned a lot about the city and I loved how we get to stop at the end to have a drink and chat with others on the tour and to ask any questions. He was so enhusiastic and had tons of... More
