We went to go see The 1975 here in June after travelling from Ireland. It's not a bad venue, quite intimate in comparison to the kinds of venues the band play in the UK and Ireland but the bar doesn't take cash or card! You...More

This is a good venue for concerts which do not have seating on the floor. Good acoustics too. For concerts which have seats on the floor it's not very good, however, because the floor is completely flat. So if a tall person is sitting in...More

Heineken Music Hall is located next to Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena Station so it is very easy to reach by train. There are few restaurant and cafe options around the concert hall. The venue is generally home to the concerts by mid-size groups. I watched 4...More

If you set out to design the most perfectly laid out concert venue with the best sound system possible then the Heineken music hall is what you'd end up with. Everything about the place is absolutely perfect. The token currency system is a little confusing...More

I went for the first time to the Hieneken Music Hall see Cesar Milan and it was a pretty horrible experience. Corridors are narrow and can't accomodate the enormous crowd coming out of the hall. Food and drinks are only sold by tokens which can...More

This venue has an excellent sound system, probably the best in the Netherlands. All facilities are as they should be. Free, not too busy toilets, and most concerts there are free cloackrooms. For drinks, they have their own coin system: 10€ for 7 coins, normal...More

Went to Amsterdam to see the Pixies and we were amazed at the size of the venue. And despite the huge capacity and warehouse-style layout, the sound quality was fantastic. The venue sits in the shadow of the Amsterdam Arena football stadium and next to...More

Watched Axwell ^ Ingrosso with a friend of mine and it was lots of fun. Two bars are located inside the concert venue and 2 bars outside which minimizes that wait time to purchase drinks. Would be good if they added more token stations because...More

Great venue. Enjoyable night here. Would recommend. Tokens are a bit painful, but can be refunded at the door exitting, just need to ask the right person. Staff not always helpful, but plenty of them.
