Excellent Cote de boeuf, great bio Pinot noir, steak tartar as it should be, really very nice. Damn busy on a Tuesday evening, good beers on tap while you wait. Try the oedipus.

Business
Off the beaten path, the Bureau was a a nice surprise. It's located on the 5th floor of a building that's dedicated to Start-up businesses. Perhaps to facilitate conversations/exchange of ideas, the restaurant is open-concept, from the dining room to the kitchen. It has industrial features such as repurposed shipping containers but also has a chic feel with light fixtures suspended from the ceiling by a pulley system. They have a full bar and a decent wine list. The dinner menu has 3, 4, and 5 course meal options and one can pair with glasses of wine at a fixed rate (e.g. 3 glasses for 18€). I had the fish soup (nice flavor and plenty of fish pieces) and the black rice and asparagus. The service was on point and they offered great wine recommendations and were quite accommodating with dinner menus (and suggestions) in English.
There is parking in a deck behind the building and the signs said the first 2hrs were free.
