Nice place, loads of slot machines with great game selections, you can find the tables upstairs. The only thing that bugged me a little is that you have to pay to enter which seems strange? Anyhow the staff is really friendly and available, had fun...More

It’s worth the visit to get your free drink and free sign up! You also get a free chip for a number on the roulette to be entered into a prize draw. It’s busy on all days at the evening and it’s enthralling to watch...More

My boyfriend was the one who wanted to go here and it ended up being very beautiful. There is a $5 cover charge just to get in and you do not drink for free while playing.

Did not know Amsterdam had a casino. So glad they did because I won on the slots and roulette. Worth the 5 euro admission fee.

Nice casino, unfortunately the gaming appears to be fixed with roulette balls evading pockets and landing in pockets with no bets. Shame on them, use to be a good casino. Now they are just out get take as much of your money as they can....More

I stopped by to play a little blackjack while i was in Amsterdam. I found the table limits to be higher than I play in the US. So, I played slots while I drank a beer.

The location is very central. We got the coupon (one free drink) from our hotel to get in for free a few times. Then the casino offered us the card to get in free without the coupon after a few visits. The set up was...More

Was here on 9/21, here were my takeaways: 1. Free coat check when you arrive, leave some change as a tip when you pick it up. 2. You have to register with your passport (same as all other casinos I have been at in Europe)....More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring

Going to Amsterdam in May 2010 for my 25th birthday. Not my first time out of the country, but my first time to Europe. I've got all the common sense of a traveler so I'm pretty sure I'll be alright but just a couple quick ?'s 1) The trams in Amsterdam are easy enough to navigate right? I'm sure this will be our sole way of getting around. I'm not 100% on that whole bike thing.. 2) The Holland Casino, a friend of mine told me you had to pay to get in there, is that true? 3) Weather...More

Brian has beat me to it (again!) and I agree with his comments, though would add that at the Casino you need to take your passport with you on your first entry. Forget the bike thing; take the trams or a taxi!! ;-) In May the weather is very changeable; if it is as cold as 60 F (16 C) it is unusual - I would expect it to be nearer 20C, if not above! The Rembrandplein is jam packed with all sorts of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets - Brasserie Flo, as Brian mentioned is good,...More
