It is a nice place to relax for all people: singles, couples, families. There is place for everyone. Beside many places to relax or enjoy nature, there are nice restaurants here and there too.

You can do lots of things here, a little picnic, swimming (I think, I didn't try that one), sailing, and I also saw some rowing competition while I was there. It was a nice escape if you're bored with the "city". You can also rent...More

The Amsterdamse Bos is especially nice for nature lovers and if you have a bike. Best time of the year to go here would be in summertime and to also visit the goat farm and to have their delicious ice cream.

We visited in a mild (for December) day walking the dog. It's a stunning place. It's huge and open with loads of different paths and routes to take, a definite must to shake off those cobwebs. Lovely
