Anybody visiting Amsterdam must stroll through the nine streets to view to relaxed shopping experience on show. Everything from clothes to painted pictures to toothbrushes on sale within this area. Although expensive well worth a visit for the ambience.

"The Nine Streets" is an area of small streets, near the canals, where a large number of small boutiques are located. Perfect for shopping off the beaten path.

I like the small streets of the Jordaan with it's nice boutiques and coffee-bars but this place have been discovered now for years. Anyway i think this could be something!

These are great streets for shopping. Lots of unique boutiques, art galleries. Little pubs and restaurants for coffee and lunches.

Just nine streets where you can get designer cloth, pieces of art, and another discoveries... Also, nice bars to have a drink by the lovely canals (Keizergracht, Herengracht and Prinsengracht).

It's not the easiest location to find, pegged broadly between Anne Frank's house and the Dam area. We had to consult our map a few times but it was worth persevering. Check out their website for details of all the shops. Just Google the nine...More
