Itinerary review? (10 Replies)
Hello! I'll be in Amsterdam for a few days in mid-September and would like some feedback on my itinerary. I'll be landing in Amsterdam from Bergen and heading to Groningen for a few days, then going back to Amsterdam. I plan to walk around the city as much as possible rather than use public transportation and am on a budget of about 40 USD/day. Day 1 (I'll probably get here around midday): Amsterdam Public Library, then walk along the Jordaan, then Restaurant Moeders for dinner. Day...More

+1 for - Heineken experience +1 for canal cruise, great for exploring parts of the city, one of the best things out there to spend your money on. Both Rijksmuseum and van Gogh museum might be a bit too much for one day, I suggest to start wit the museum that 's your number one and decide later on if you want to visit the second one.
