We went in to the store and were offered the tasting "class". Payed about 20-25Euros per person and got the whole experience.... Class, ilimited cheese and wine to taste and lots of fun. You go into the "classroom" and a very nice teacher and cheese expert explains each cheese and pairs it with wine to taste. Fun, original and worth... More

Fun and informative, just long enough and lots of cheese and wine/port to sample. The host was funny and very knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend.

I attended the cheese tasting session earlier this week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The presenter was a family member and he was obviously very knowledgable and passionate about the cheese. I have always loved strong cheese but hadn't previously appreciated Dutch cheese. Delicious cheese and a great and worthwhile experience whilst in Amsterdam.

We booked in for the cheese tasting and it was the best thing I have done in Amsterdam. There are 6 cheeses to try which are matched with white wine, red wine and port. You are able to try as little or as much as you like. The tasting room is down a steep set of stairs so if you... More

Wine pairings and all different types of cheese. They teach you how to taste, how to pair, how cheese changes in texture/age/flavor/color. They give you a LOT of cheese to sample (more than you can eat) and the shop upstairs is amazing for gifts to take back to the states (I put mine in my checked baggage, no issues). DEFINITELY... It was a very cool experience with tasting of cheeses and matching wines. Good guide who provided plenty of information and was fun and friendly. On the bad side, all the cheeses are the same type and it gets somehow old at the end. But you can buy cheese at 50% discount after the tasting which is very good!

Had the best time tasting yummy cheeses & the wines to complement them. The host was a delight, so professional & witty. The cheese is spectacular & we learned a lot of interesting facts about the manufacturing process. After the tasting we got a discount on the products from the store, which because we bought so much of the amazing... More
