Xou must have a lot of money if you walk on this street with your wife. The shops are high end, and you can find almost every label, the most famous brands.

Full of luxury items located at the same street near the Museumplein and Vondelpark. If you are looking for luxury items for you or your family, so here you might find them.

Like all high-end fashion shopping street, you will find the usual brands here, Prada, Gucci etc. Unless you are into high-end shopping, this street is not very exciting and may be good for window shopping. Give it a miss I suggest and visit other more interesting streets by the canals.

This street is very high-end and consists of all the big names in fashion and accessories. Staff are generally pleasant and speak English fairly well. It is quite quiet with only a few shoppers wandering around.

Located close to the VondelPark and Museumplein. It is the most glamorous street of Amsterdam, and it was elected by the Excellence Mystery Shopping as 10th Street World’s Most Luxurious, it would be for the Brazilians something like Oscar Freire Av. in São Paulo. There, is where high society and the famous go shopping. It was the street with more... More

We stayed in an apartment on this street for New Years Eve. The location of it is perfect, it is right next to the museum quarter two mins away from Van Gogh museum and many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The shops on this street are the world famous fashion designers such as Gucci and Prada. It looked great with the... More

Every store one could ever want. We shopped in Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Filippa K, Schaap-/-Citroen and Petit Bateau. All the employees were really helpful and nice. The Louis Vuitton store was very crowded and we had to wait 30 minutes for service, but the sales associate was very sweet once she served us.

Like Paris has its Champs Elyseés and Milan the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Amsterdam has the PC Hooftstraat. Half of the street has residential buildings and hotels, but the other half is crammed with the top of the world's brands and labels. From Diesel Black Gold to Chanel. Four different Boss stores, a few Tommy Hilfiger and Azzuro and around the... More

Went though the whole street top to bottom. Entered a few of the main shops and even bought stuff from some of them. I noticed that the LV and Prada don't really carry a lot of stuff at their P.C. Hoofstraat stores. Their range is so limited. The whole street has very few people visiting it. Except for a couple... More
