Rotterdam: Small Public Group Tour from Amsterdam
Visit Rotterdam, an important harbor city located in the province of South Holland. The city is (inter)nationally known for its innovative architecture. In May 1940 the city center was heavily bombed and it was decided to redesign instead of rebuilding the city as it once was. Now, a new city has arisen with according to many the most impressive skyline in the Netherlands and maybe even in Europe. Set off on a one-hour guided walking tour, passing by the Old Harbor with its beautiful historical ships and the ‘forest’ of 38 cube-shaped apartments on hexagonal pylons. The walking tour ends at the markthal, one of the city’s signature buildings, where you have some free time for your own explorations or to grab a bite. A 15-min transfer takes you to the Erasmus Bridge, from where you take the boat for a 75-min tour of the harbor. Be amazed by the impressive skyline with imposing buildings, unique views of yards, docks and the ultramodern handling of thousands of containers.

Flower Auction & Kinderdijk - Private Tour - Incl. pick up
Combine the world famous flower auction in Aalsmeer with a visit to Amsterdam Muiderslot Castle with your own private tour. The auction starts early in the morning, but it’s worth it! We'll pick you up at 6.30 am to experience the hustle and bustle of the auction from a special gallery. Nowadays a lot of trading is done online, but you still see traders bidding against the auction clock. Enjoy a tour and learn about the flower industry.

After the auction we visit Kinderdijk, There's not a windmill complex like this anywhere else in the world to be found. The ingenious system of windmills and pumping stations has been keeping the soil dry here for nearly a thousand years now, in a constant struggle between human brains and the power of the water. Visit the two different museum windmills, the pumping station and the engine room. Let the skippers of Kinderdijk carry you across the glittering waters of the Kinderdijk basins, from one visitor point to the next.
