Very enjoyable tour with personable and knowledgeable guides. Although the weather was cold and wet, it did not detract from the interesting sites which were not the usual tourist locations. Van was a comfortable ride through little known parts of the Netherlands. Timing for pickup and drop off were exactly as promised. Highly recommended.…

This tour provided us the opportunity to learn some of the history of The Netherlands and Friesland. The small tour was very comfortable and nicely paced. The drive north allowed us to see the beautiful countryside and to drive across the dike. The towns were charming with several hidden treasures and we were able to purchase a few handmade items. Spent time staying in and seeing Amsterdam, but this tour takes you beyond to see and understand the bigger picture of the Netherlands and its people. They take you to 5 UNESCO sites into the beautiful country side and meeting the people who live there. Our guide Lysanne was engaging friendly and knowlegable about the country she loves and lives in. This day was long but well paced and very enjoyable and Lysanne contributed greatly to the enjoyment of the day. We had a lovely home made lunch in one of the small villages visited on the day.
