This 'bibliotheek' was one of my favourite place in Amsterdam. It is huge, but always clean and quiet. It has a nice and different atmosphere. I suggest everyone to go and visit it.

What a forward-looking library this is. From the bar to the restaurant, to the hundreds of computer terminals to the variety of seating options to the student group-study areas, it's a gem. Go visit and you'll be inspired to take some ideas home.

Located near the water this place is a masterpiece. So many books, lots of comfortable chairs and couches. There are computers that members can use as well as wifi. But those aren't free for regular folks aka non-members.

Loved the 3rd floor reading chairs alongside the windows- perfect view over the canals, watching the boats float by. Super helpful library staff. Plus a great lunch place with free 30 min wifi on the 7th floor.
