The Jewel cruise boat is an intimate wooden vessel with space for 12 persons. The crew is the Captain, sitting up front, and a server. You get complimentary prosecco when you board and then can choose from a menu of three items for each of a starter, main and dessert course. The dinner is part of the reservation fee; wine... More

We've done this before but enjoyed it even more this time! Food was excellent as was the wine. The three hours just flew by. Definitely one to try and thoroughly recommended by us.

We recently enjoyed a dinner cruise with AJC. As it is a small and very upmarket boat the service is very personal and friendly starting with a welcome glass of champagne. The food was excellent and the journey along the canals went amazingly quickly whilst we enjoyed a dinner picked up at a local restaurant by the captain along the... More

It may seem pricey with an average of 120 Euro per person but the experience is really wonderful. A relaxed dinner experience as you travel the canals of Amsterdam. The quality of food is excellent and the views are too. Most of the canals you pass twice, but this is fine because it gives you ample time to find the... More

The eating is good. the trip and the staff were helpful. I would like to add one more thing, it's better during the trip the staff or capitan explain about the buildings in Amstherdam.

Staying in Centrum

Neighborhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
