The rooms, props and effects were top notch. The actors were really into it and added to the experience. I was definitely scared shitless but fun nonetheless. No other escape room has been this great. It was in the basement of a church and had multiple rooms

For the price tag of this experience, I had high expectations and I’m happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The puzzles were clever and well considered but not too difficult (my husband and I managed fine between us, although we are escape room enthusiasts so it might be harder for beginners). Some of them were the kind of mechanisms that are deceptively simple but often misfire in lesser escape rooms, but here everything worked seamlessly. I was impressed with both the concepts and the execution. However, what was really special was the stagecraft and the setting. It definitely gave us a few scares! My husband is a horror movie fan, so there were a few elements that really tickled his fancy on that front. Many thanks to the whole team for making it a special experience for us.

Fantastic experience at Amsterdam Catacombs! This was my first escape room, and my group said it probably might set the bar too high for any other escape rooms. Production value was superb, and the actors did a great job. Their dedication to characters right from the start really pulls you in from the opening minutes. The location and atmosphere also adds a lot to the experience. I highly recommend booking a late night slot when the street are empty. You know the experience was good when the group keeps talking about moments all night.

Amazing escape room with a mix of horror experience. The puzzles are challenging but doable at the same time (if you are not too scared), the actors and actresses are doing a fantastic job by making you immersed into the story and guiding you through the process. The perfect escape room for if you want to have an challenging but scary experience! Also the professor that was guiding us ( don’t know if there are multiple), 10/10, would help this professor again.

Great experience! The staff was really professional and helpful. The storyline was great and we were engaged in the investigation the whole time. If you want to have a fun and scary experience with your friends I highly suggest it ! Good job to the 2 guys taking care of the whole experience 😊

This escape experience was unique and very well planned out. The props were well done and believable. The atmosphere was "authentic" and the actress/actor were amazing. It wasn't that scary so don't skip this one if your only somewhat jumpy because this one is worth it. Have to give a shoutout to our "teammate/guide" who did an amazing job. She was the best

I’m from Amsterdam and did the experience with my 17 year old daughter. It was simply amazing, the acting, the interior, the riddles, the attention for detail, the storyline…. Scary? Yes, absolutely! But to do this with my daughter, priceless!

Me and my two brothers never did an escape room before and we can say this was quite THE experience. From the entry till the end it was a thrill. The staff was very into their role that it felt real. I can safely say that this was one of the scariest experiences I've ever had. The only remark we had was that it was hard to hear what was being said through the Walkie-talkie mostly because my brothers were screaming like their life depended on it.

Absolutely amazing escape game! My family came to visit and we have done quite a few escape games in quite a few countries and this has to be the best we have ever seen! The hosts were perfect. Funny, scary, friendly, all while running around doing the behind the scenes stuff. Truly impressive.

The Amsterdam Catacombs game makes you feel on edge! - in a good scary way. The majority of the puzzles are advanced, so you don't have to worry about having 'break time' somewhere in between :) perfect bonding activity that will linger on your mind for some time - even if you are aware it's all set you cannot escape the thrill!
