Great welcome, simple instructions, easy to follow map and boat driving an easily mastered skill. All good. If you take the two hour trip you have time to stop for a coffee etc. We followed the route at full speed and arrived back with 25 mins to spare. We should have stopped.

Such a great time and friendly staff! Got to see so much of Amsterdam from a perspective that you don't normally get. Bring a bit of a picnic and it's a lovely time!

Took a boat on New Years Eve we were the last customers of 2022. It was amazing and weirdly we only encountered one other boat on the canals so felt like we had the city to ourselves.
These guys are great and really helped me out when I accidentally booked the boat for 10:00 instead of 16:00 (a fact I realised around 13:30 that day). They were super helpful and allowed us to move our booking without problems.

Really fun way to see Amsterdam from the canals without being on a tourist boat. The boat was easy to pilot with no experience necessary. The kids loved it!

Thank you so much ecoboats for a great experience. It was a bit crazy to watch the light festival in an open boat but the boat was perfect, super comfortable and they gave blankets for each of us to form a cozy environment in minus temperatures.
Also accidentally booked the boat for the wrong time slot and they made no fuss about it.

Excellent experience!
The boats are really easy to drive and the journey on the channels is amazing. With the 2 hours tour, you can already discover the city from the water at a slow path (and have a drink with the family!!) I strongly recommend with kids!
