I needed several airport pick-ups and drop-offs and group transfers too, Gillio was great to work with, responded immediately to my questions and was very flexible when my team decided to change things. Review of: Private Point to Point Transfer in Amsterdam
Driver was there early/on time and got us to the ship with no fuss. Could have contacted us via text to let us know he had arrived and who to look for. Had three Viator transfers on this trip and the other two did this very well.

Driver was on time and upon arrival at the Keukenhof, helped when our tickets were accepted at the check-in line. he helped to sort it out. the problem was later, after he dropped us off at our hotel. We were extremely tired and had a fast dinner and went right to our room to bed. The next day, my granddaughter said her purse was missing!! We looked at pictures taken at the tulip fields and she had it!! Called our driver and he said he did not see it and another driver took the van; also the van was going in the garage for brake work for 3 days. He returned my call and said he checked and no one had seen it! We accepted his word. Later my granddaughter discovered her earbuds were also in the bag!!! She was able to track those ear buds to a location 30 minutes outside of Amsterdam! The taxi driver from our hotel, helped when we arrived at the location and a nice, older couple lived there with their older daughter and son; turns out the daughter has a boyfriend who was our van driver, for the tulip fields. His motorcycle was parked right next to their front door. The son and our taxi driver pried open the locked compartment and there was her purse!!! The parents returned her money (about 200.00 USD) and also paid our taxi fare but nothing will help us restore our faith in booking this company.…

Due to the very bussy month we where totally fully booked so for your tour unfortunately we had to arrange another company. If I had known this would happen I had never booked with them. As you can see 98% of our reviews are 5 stars and we want to give our guests the best service so we will never work again with them in the future and we will never arrange another companies in the future to do our work. What can be better than skip the waiting line and enjoy a comfortable car with paradise view of colorful tulip fields on the way to Keukenhof? If you want to be treated as a Queen than don’t hesitate to order your tour here. I enjoyed this tour again. And obviously you must visit Keukenhof! I recommend to visit early morning to avoid too many people. Thanks for excellent services!…
