I was visiting Amsterdam with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed Sarah's tours. Chris was our guide, he was very friendly and knowledgable. He shared some really interesting insights about the city and told us great stories along the way. I would highly recommend this tour.

I wasn't planning on writing this review but having seen others posted here, I felt compelled. I previously enjoyed the excellent services of Sarah's Tours back in January 2018. I was traveling solo and although a confident solo traveler, I found her guided tours a great way to explore a city with some stellar company. It was a fantastic all-round getaway. I had booked flights to return to Amsterdam in May, for my birthday, but alas Covid-19 threw an almighty spanner in those works. Sarah contacted me as soon as the European travel situation had been confirmed, to inform me of the indefinite postponement of my holiday. For me personally, it wasn't the only travel plans I had blow up in my face for this year. But no other operator, airline or hotel offered the same unbridled personal service and constant attention and support as Sarah's Tours. Their team replied to my questions and queries almost instantly in each case, and in spite of my disappointment, it was their customer care, support and courtesy that left me in no doubt that accepting their offer of a refund in the form of a voucher was the only fair course of action. I travel frequently and will return to Amsterdam in the near future without doubt. When I do, I'll be so happy to find Sarah's Tours in good health and welcoming me back, among other guests, as the entire world slowly returns to "normal". This company gave me arguably the best holiday of my life and I'm simply dying to best it on my next visit (all the while offering my support in this horrible in-between moment).

We were looking forward to coming to Amsterdam this summer, Sarah's Tours created a great itinerary for us and assisted us on booking a variety of excursions. Due to covid-19 we were not able to travel, which was very disappointing but Sarah reached out to us and offerd us a voucher and rescheduled our tours for next year.

We booked a tour with Sarahs Tours. Due to the Corona Crisis we had to cancel our trip and this tour. We asked for a refund (we had tours with Sarahs Tours for 1,5 day planned), but they only wanted to give us a voucher. Other tours in Europe gave our money back. Really disappointed in this company, hope they will do different next time.
