The Free Tour is tips-based as usual. For all online pre-bookings in Amsterdam, customers get asked for a €3 per person booking fee to cover the costs involved in running the online reservation system. Great that you enjoyed the tour. Thank you for the high...More

This is not a 3-hour tour; it is two 1-hour tours separated by a "break" at an overpriced restaurant. You go to the restaurant on the pretext of signing up for additional tours, but it turns into an hour break so you'll spend money rather...More

I allways send them e-mail evening/night before I go to the tour....they answer promptly.....each time the answer was afirmative. Or, yes, just show up at the meeting point....they never turn down people. Regards!
