Pin Taxi Eindhoven is a family owned & operated business founded in 2005 by Danny, Frank and Lisette Kastelijn. Over the years, we specialized in airport transfers and long distance taxi rides and car services. We welcome both private and business clients. Pin Taxi Eindhoven provides taxi and car services at fixed prices; short distance taxi rides; up to 10% off, medium distance taxi rides; up to 25% off and long distance taxi rides; up to 50% off as compared to national taxi rates. We don’t charge extra for luggage, during holidays or events. Our cars are discrete, unmarked, do not carry a roof light, are always clean and well maintained. We ensure complete comfort; a bottle of water and 4G Wi-Fi are always complimentary at Pin Taxi Eindhoven and you can also charge your phone, as we have smartphone chargers on board. We drive to and from any destination in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg.

I have travelled with Pin Taxi for several years now, as my company has an account with them. Just to echo the reviews of other travellers, they really do deliver superb service from start to finish. Prompt communication, always on time, pristine cars, so flexible and just really lovely people.

I'm writing this review today as wanted to share the extra special service I had today from Frank - I managed to drop my phone down a grid in the street on exiting the car at the airport. A lovely muddy water-filled grid at that!

I figured I would never see my phone again, and if I did it certainly wouldn't work. Frank however sprung into action immediately - gloves on, lifted the grid and fished my phone out. He then had a towel in the back of the car and proceeded to dry it off and check it still worked, which amazingly it did!

Talk about going the extra mile to look after your customer - Frank certainly did that today!! He just sprang into action and had it sorted before I could even think about it. So, if anyone is as accidental as me :-) and also wants a superb car service, then I highly recommend recommend Pin Taxi! You cannot get better customer service anywhere - thank you Frank, you are a star :-)

Prompt and Professional!

I was warned that taxis could be somewhat unreliable for pickups outside of Eindhoven, so I booked early in the day. I appreciated the quick confirmation and responses to my questions. The car was on time and the ride was smooth. It was very helpful that I could pay by credit card at ride time. Professional in every respect! Thanks Danny!
