The big bell tower of the Sint Jan can be climbed and one can admire the bell organ or carrillon. At 43 metres, there is a platform affording great views over the historic city of Den Bosch.

The St Jans tower is almost dwarfed by the immense size of the St Jans Cathedral, but is still 73 meter high. You can climb this tower for a fee and enjoy the view over historic Den Bosch. The viewing platform is 43 meter high.

Today we climbed all the way to the top of the tower, with 300 stairs between the ground a pretty exhausting experience. But because of the guide it was a pleasant trip, if you ever visit den Bosch do not forget the Sint John!

Last year you could walk around at the roof of the tower. This was a special occasion because of the remembrance of the 500 years Jheronimus Bosch year. You had a beautiful view on the city of 's Hertogenbosch and on the 'animals' on the...More

Lovely experience, great views across the city but the mesh steps are disorientating for some people, which makes walking up a 'challenging' experience for some.

to understand Bosh, you have to understand all the symbolism that is trapped in this cathedral, just unreal the amount of details added and the presence of craft. Jus t Beautiful.
