Strictly speaking it is a 1930s reconstruction of the original garden based on a 1634 map. Still the result is very charming and beautiful. Renaissance style, with different perks. The only drawback is that the benches are all at one side near the wall.

Beautiful garden in the middle of the city; peaceful and serene. Great place to take beautiful photos. The flowers are gorgeous, the colors amazing. Spent a lovely hour with my teenage daughters.

Nice garden with beautiful roses. Also take a look at the small houses. There is also a small statue and a nice poem to read.

A peaceful space just alongside the canal. Manicured hedges and fragrant roses with a decorative sun dial above the entrance through a carved garden gate. Just a ten minute break as you walk into the city centre

All you need are 15 minutes to see these gardens, because they are quite small. But they are very, very pretty and worth the short visit.
