I am very glad that I visited here. The church was very peaceful inside (as churches normally are) and there are many things to see inside. The best part, to me, is that I could simply sit in peace and contemplate...something we probably all could use more of. It's free to enter, but donations are welcomed. It's a beautiful sanctuary, inside and out.

The spire can be seen from far away, but do take the time to go and see the inside of the church, beautiful stained glass !

Outside it is the tower that attracts your intention, inside it is the great details that catch you. The stained glass windows, especially on the sides, are very special, the murals are also of excellent quality and very typical of that era. No wonder this is a national monument.

I saw the steeple from a street in town and set out to find it ... I did at the end of a cobblestone alley. The church is massive, photos can barely capture the grandeur. It was closed when I visited but seeing the exteriors was sufficient. Will maybe try to capture the interior another day. The church makes such a stunning contribution to the skyline....

This is a lovely church which had a fascinating Art Exhibition on when we visited. The organ is also very impressive.
