A wonderful walk with some stunning views down to a sandy bay. Not sure how busy this would be in summer, but we shared the cove with two fishermen and another three people. One of those places that I will want to visit again. Nearly...More

Another of the Gowers stunning little gems that not that many people know about. The problem with this one is that you have to get the times right with the tide, because if the tide is in there is no beach just rocks. You have...More

Worth the walk - a lovely secluded and sandy bay reached via a footpath. Can be rocky in places and could be difficult for some.

Our walk followed the Wales Coast Path along the cliff tops from Rhossili, past the Coast Guards station patrolling The Worms Head and eventually to a breath taking vantage point overlooking the delightful Mewslade Bay.

Lovely little quiet bay, with a small car park in a farmer's field. The track down is gentle most of the way to the end when it's a bit steep and slippery 'polished' stone. You can also walk round the coastal path to worms head...More

Part of the Welsh coastal route and one of many bays as you walk. Quite an inspiring walking location with a view not to be missed, but make sure you have good footwear.

We found this bay by mistake but turned out to be the starting point for our walk to Rhossili Bay. Parking car in farmers field and paying £3 for all day is very cheap. Short walk through woods and your presented with the choice of...More
