We found this bay by mistake but turned out to be the starting point for our walk to Rhossili Bay. Parking car in farmers field and paying £3 for all day is very cheap. Short walk through woods and your presented with the choice of...More

This was about 3 miles from our stay, and well-signposted. The only downside is there are lots of sheep around and our dogs did not like it at all. There are signs everywhere saying to keep dogs on a leash. It would have been wonderful...More

Park at the farm ( honesty box in quiet periods) and walk down to the bay. It’s a secluded walk on an easy track down. Check the tide table to make sure the tide is out as the bay disappears at high tide.

Mewslade Bay is an absolute find! We first discovered it at high tide when it looked violent and unwelcoming however the next day at around 10am it was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen in the UK. At low tide, it...More

Not to be missed!! A stunning most interesting beach. Off the beaten track just before Rhossili. wooden sign post on left leads you down a lane to a field where you may park for £3. About 10 minutes walk from there to the beach. The...More
