Fabulous

I have just attended a 3 day workshop learning how to create a beautiful locket named Freya's Tears. It was a Viking inspired piece by Tracey, including a sculptured figure, of which I choose to make a mythical sea creature. I learned so many techniques and it has given me the confidence to take the level 1 Art Clay Diploma. Tracey's studio is in a lovely part of the country, so peaceful and inspiring. I thoroughly recommend Tracey's workshops. She is an excellent teacher and she will inspire you to continue your journey into this amazing medium.

Great Experience

Tracey is an excellent teacher. Her studio is very well equipped located on peaceful country surroundings. I have been to Tracey studios (despite being 70 miles away) for several years and taken all my qualifications with her. I do recommend her classes to anyone who want to achieve beautiful results and a place in silver clay world.

Fabulous teaching in a well equiped jewellery workshop
Apr 2014 • Solo
I have travelled from London to Craftworx three times (so far!) and look forward to returning. Tracey is a very experienced jewellery tutor and is very giving with her knowledge and expertise. I have attended masterclasses at Craftworx with visiting tutors and the calibre of tutors that Tracey brings in is fantiastic. The classes are just the right size to ensure individual attention and the equipment and materials are first rate.
I wouldn't hesitate to book onto a course with Tracey or one of her guest tutors and I will be returning myself.

Superb teaching!
Jul 2014 • Friends
I had done four classes in Craftworx in the past two years, travelling across from Ireland during my holidays, and then this year brought my daughter to experience the beginners week in late July. We both had a really memorable time, produced lovely pieces and learned such a lot. Tracey is a wonderfully calm and supportive teacher, herself producing work of very high standard and great design flair, and she shares her knowledge and skills in making lovely pieces. Alongside that I learned from her such a lot about rescuing work where things had gone wrong. I find that Tracey puts nervous adults very much at their ease and brings out the best in them, I just love the whole environment and the learning that is possible in that positive atmosphere!

Excellent teacher
Dec 2013
I have attended three courses at Craftworx and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Tracey is a talented, patient, friendly and inspirational teacher who is responsible for my expanding jewellery hobby. One of the most important things to note is that for the courses I have attended, all materials and tools were included. This is a big bonus to those who are trying out a new hobby but don't want to commit to buying all the gear. That been said, one visit and you will get the metal clay bug!!!

Rediscovering creativity
Jan 2014 • Solo
I took a 10-week course in silver clay that has turned into a real passion. I now attend regularly and have also learnt new skills in felting, polymer clay, aluminium jewellery and glass fusing, not to mention a grounding in some basic silversmithing techniques. All taught with patience, good sense, humour and lashings of tea. Highly recommended.

Silver Clay
May 2013 • Solo
I attended a one day silver clay course with Tracey in Liverpool. With a welcoming cuppa made for us by her mother the day started well. It was a lovely day. Clear demonstrations and loads of hands on with just sufficient supervision so it is all your own work! And I'm delighted, three gorgeous pieces and a silver chain provided to hang them upon. I left with confidence that I could make more myself at home.

If you want to learn and enjoy the experience Craftworx is for you.

A superb day
Dec 2013 • Solo
I first came to Craftworx to do a full day of silver clay and what a great day and I took home 3 beautiful silver pendants I had made, Never expected to enjoy it so much but the pieces of jewellery were a fab bonus. I have since been on a Polymer clay course which was amazing the things you learn to do just with a chunk of clay really are fantastic. I now go to a half day silver course which lasts ten weeks its my second course and I just love it. I am not a spring chicken well over retirement age but I find it, enjoyable, good for the soul and a great place to drive out to. Such a peaceful setting.
