The museum starts off quite well, tshirts from all over the world, football history from past centuries with several examples and interactive attractions. Till you come to the upper floor and intends to visit the games portion. A lot more than one hour waiting on a queue that does not move. Only if the ones ahead of you give up these tremendous waiting line. So desorganizes and absolute no planning perceived by visitors. While we are still under some level of corona restrictions and amount of people is controlled at each location, for this museum you must book online however you can come at any time. So it means the amount of people at the museum simultaneously is not calculated nor considered, hence the attractions can and do get overloaded. Kids extremely frustrated. Parents inpatient. The staff remains polite but can’t do much at the spot. So I call for management to plan better this issue and allow visitors to have full satisfaction of this museum, so long shut down due to the pandemic, now opening at a chaos type of organization...

Dear 396alessandraf Thank you for your honest feedback, it is well appreciated. We are sorry that your visit to the FIFA Museum has not been satisfactory to you. The waiting times at the pinball area are not acceptable and our management is currently working towards a solution to make this experience more enjoyable again and cut down waiting times. We still hope, we can welcome you back again to our museum. With a better system in place!

Avoid at all costs. Poorly run with terrible communication. Complete time wasters who do not care.

These incompetents waste people's time as many of us waited for 2 hours and were not told the children would not be allowed in. The manager and her colleagues incorrectly stated that they told people the museum was closing when they did not communicate this. Seven other people agreed and argued with them but the incompetent time wasters did not care. Complete clown show.

Jun 21: My nephew is a big Chelsea fan and one of the top things for him during our vacation was to visit the FIFA museum. This place unlike the Olympic musuem is in a glass building and spread over few floors. Amazing to see the different jerseys of nations, walls about the WCs and history of each WC, the wall of stamps.

Not worth the price, they should reduce the entrance fee, definitely the worst and most overrated museum of our 10 day trip. It has "Wikipedia" information for Fifa and countries, with photos and also some jerseys.
The most disappointing part is the gaming section. My kid was waiting for it with such an excitement but there were 10-15 people queue for each game because everything breaks and needs to be repaired. When we went to play just one that didnt have queue, an employee was extremely rude and with no manners told us that we should read the rules and start from number 1. The disappointment was more than the excitement. Also the world cup trophy was missing.

I honestly loved this museum, not at all what I expected. Very nice to spend an afternoon and stunning location in the centre of Zurich. It's so nice to see all the offical shirts of World Cup matches and of course it's extraordinary to see the offical World Cup trophy. My most enjoyable section of the museum was the interactive games near the end. Here you had to complete football obstacles trying to collect the most points possible. I think this museum is very enjoyable even for non football fans but of course it's a paradise for football fans.

Great Visit. You get to learn about the history throughout the years. Make sure you keep hold of your ticket as you can use it to play interactive games. You can play 6 games with footballs and earn points and your results go up on a leaderboard for everyone to see, there are table football, pinball machines. There is a small little cafe at the top and a great gift shop. I would defiantly recommend coming here.

If soccer is a passion for you, just like it is for me, your heart is gonna be touched by this museum's attractions.
Every video, every music, every trophy and every relic jersey remind you of your deepest memories along this amazing sport.
Specially for me, a brazilian guy, the museum made me much proud of my country and my people.

This museum is located 2 minutes away from Enge station which makes it easily accessible from Zurich Main Station. The staff were friendly and there were many great and interactive things to do like having your picture taken in various stadium backgrounds. There was a lot of football memorabilia from all the world cups and there were some great interactive football games to participate in. For anyone who likes football, this is the place to go to in Zurich.

Very nice set up with one window poster for each world cup with actual items - shoes, gloves, tickets..and a summary of events and tournament results.
The little film with extracts from all finals is priceless.
