“Incompetent staff”

We booked a table a week in advance. When we arrive in the club they told to wait on the line with everyone. After 20 minutes we ask the security staff if we can take the lift and go to our table, he said he couldn’t do anything. So we waited again on the line. After one more hour we left the club, the queue was not moving. We were ready to pay hundreds CHF for the table but for such terrible service we decided to leave the club. Very unprofessional, no organisation, no service and the employees are incompetent!

We came for a special event to this club on the 5th floor of Hard One. Service personnel was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Drinks tasted excellent and due to nice weather conditions the terrace was open and offered a great view over vibrant Zurich „Kreis 5“. Is this a helpful review?
