Closed until October 22. I was ju stutt walking by and thought I'd check it out but.. There's a cool looking house on the corner and the lake is very close

nice collection of photos from 19th century and 1st half on 20th century with "Neue Sachligkeit" (New Objectivity) as opposed to Surrealism. Representants like August Sandberg, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, Brassaï, Man Ray and many others (with also interesting photograsphers from Tsjechoslovakia) are present from the rich collection of collector Dietmar Siegert, in exhibition curated by Björn Egging in a collaboration of... We took the boat from Zurich center and walked through the park to Reach this museum. We had checked the opening times on the internet before going. When arriving we found the museum closed. On the door there was a poster saying the museum was closed until sept. 13th... but that was a week ago and the museum was still... More

This museum along the lake is to be recommended. We have formerly visited an exhibition with Alfonse Mucha here that we enjoyed. This time Murano glass, mostly from a private Berlin collection. I stopped in after meeting with a client who had an office not far from the museum, good way to spend a few minutes. The exhibition was about jewelry and necklaces.
