nice lake and scenery. Nothing extraordinary about it, just pretty nice. Everything around it is super expensive, but that is Switzerland.. just expensive..

A must see if you spend some time in Zurich. hundreds of boats and views of the mountains, beautiful clear blue waters and such a relaxing placed to eat and hang out.

You can't avoid seeing this amazing lake! Zürich is all wrapped around it, and it just completes the whole experience walking around in Zürich! We didn't have time to on a boat ride, but I'm sure it's worth every penny!

We were impressed on how big, scenic and clean Lake Zurich is so calm. We took a leisurely stroll to the lake but there are Ferry rides, boat rides etc. the view are breathtaking!

This is one of Europe's great metropolitan lakes with gorgeous scenery and plenty of interesting sights to see. Definitely one of the best ways to tour the area!

We took the long tour (4 hours) to the Zurich Lake and we really enjoyed it. The boat service lunch and no hurry wrt the time invested there. You may also consider to hope off in some of the stops it does along the tour.

I do agree with the answer of the other contributor, actually on the lake there are rather villages than towns, and if you have limited time then better to have a look from the boat and spend more time to visit the old town... More

There is nothing cheap in Zurich though if u want soveniers etc go to train station market in bahofstrasse about 500 metre walk and at level 1 u will find chocolate shops and sovenior shops and clothes , watches sent cheaper... More
