Heard a lot of good things about this shop. So while in town for a few days, we had to stop. My husband and I got a few truffles with baileys and a few with grand marniet. Both were melt in your mouth delicious. Prices were decent. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful.

Should I really complain that I have to queue for the best chocolate drink? No, never ever. It's really worth it. Though it's a busy place it's more than relaxing it's like a extra vacation during your vacation in Switzerland!

The right place to make a pit stop in the heart of Zurichs Bahnhofstrasse. The café upstairs is luminous and offers great views. Particularly recommended are the homemade hot or cold chocolate, the famous Luxemburgerli, the truffes, the chocolate sorbet or the cashew nut chicken salad. Clearly recommended !

A friend of mine gave rave review about Sprungli's Luxemburgerli macarons. It so happened I was sent to Zurich for a business trip and took the opportunity to try out this delicacy of Zurich and brought some home. They were expensive but my wife and kids loved em the Luxemburgerlis.

This is an excellent place to pick up some Swiss chocolates as a souvenir of your trip (and as a gift for those back home). The selection of chocolates is vast, the service is prompt and friendly, and there is a case of ready-made sandwiches for lunch on the go. We picked up some boxes of chocolate and sandwiches for... I've been several times here for breakfast or lunch (Parade Platz/Bahnhofstrasse Shop) and honestly it could be much better. This place is very famous in Zurich. I suggest the bar downstairs, it's much better than the first floor where you'll find a very boring design, an average service and average food. I'll say again it could be much, much better...

I've tried a lot of chocolate and especially like them with caramels. The caramel chocolate was really good but I'm not a big fan of truffles but the caramel truffle here is amazing. Probably one of the best pieces of chocolate I've tried. The caramel chocolate is good as well. The macaroons are amazing as well. They were all really... More

It is a must in Zurich but...Food is ok-ish. Prices are high (more than the average in Zurich). The worst thing is the service! Waitresses are extremely impolite, never smile, do not clean the tables properly. If you have to go, just go once and try the Luxemburgerli.
