Two members of my family and myself had a one day tour of the Jungfrau region with guide Manuel. We were picked up at our hotel in Basel (on time, by the way). Two of us have mobility issues and Manuel was flexible and designed a tour that worked great for us. And, figured out just the right vehicle. The tour included Lake Thun and a narrow valley of shear cliffs, numerous waterfalls, beautiful villages - it was all spectacular, awesome, and amazing (really). Manuel grew up in that region, so was able to point out features we certainly would have missed on our own. The tour made us fall in love with Switzerland. Manuel is personable, a good/safe driver, has a great sense of humor, and is fluent in several languages - he is someone you can easily spend the day with.
