This home of both the school and troupe is not open to public visitors but any opportunity to see a performance by EITHER school or the main troupe, whether in Lausanne or on tour, is to be taken. Highly recommended.

This was our first experience of a live ballet concert and it was spectacular... The amount of energy in the room was explosive.. The artists from the ballet dancers to the choir to the orchestra gave a 100 percent. It was very entertaining. Must see if your in Lausanne. Tip- if your driving make sure that you arrive early as... More

If you are in Lausanne and the Bejart Ballet company is in town you should certainly give it a try. I find it is a great mixture between classical elements and modern dance. The level of dancers is very high and the shows are original. Performances often consist of 3 different pieces in one evening which ensures that you will... More

If you are used to the real russian ballet maybe you sohuldn't expect a lot from the bejart ballet... they are good, yes, but it can't be compared to the Russian ballet.

We went as a threesome couple two see the latest specatale and really enjoyed every aspect. The Bejart dance company is a group of 50 dancers who truelly present the best of modern and classical ballet. Various shows throughout the year offer very different choreography. We enjoy seeing the guests as well as it reminds us that ballet is still... More

I've been several times to the Beaulieu Theatre, and each time I found myself standing up at the end of the show, clapping like crazy. They honour the memory of Maurice Béjart with much respect, and Gil Roman is doing a magnificent job in succeeding his master.

Saw them at the Carcassonne Festival on 12th July. Best ever ballet production I have ever seen ... exciting, emotional ... superb dancers ( I counted 22) ... with dramatic use of lighting. It left us breathless.

Even if you are not a fan of Bejart and the Ballet, this is a great experience to meet the local culture. The Ballet by the way is just great and the Bejart Ballet is an excellence! The teather probably nothing special when it comes to architecture but with a great acustic and view from every place. Very easy to... More
