Vow, we almost missed the opportunity to taste this chocolate.
I tasted two types of chocolate and had them takeaway.
We tasted one week after the purchase. The taste was so wonderful and we regretted that we didn't buy more.......
Must try item.

I visited the Laderach near Sloane Square Station and was amazed by the beautiful store and even more taken back by the incredible service - Ali Marium, and Maram were incredibly kind and welcoming. Not to mention - the chocolate alone is INCREDIBLE. Such a great welcoming and warm energy in that store. Will be back to get more chocolate once I run out which will be soon considering how amazing the chocolate is! :)

Ok, I was introduced to laderach at the train station in bern.. I have to say hands down, the absolute best chocolate you will ever taste! If you come to Switzerland you must try laderach they have locations scattered throughout the country.. The only problem is you can't get it back in the states! Definately bringing a lot back home to share with family :)

My friend and co-worker recommended me this chocolate but after trying it I felt quite disappointed. It is pricy and well, for this price I'd expect something better then glucose syrup (see photo with ingredients). Milk chocolate is definitely too sweet for my taste (and I've eaten a fair share of various chocolates in my life). I've bought some of the Easter collection, on the photos you can only see little bunnies and eggs - even my child didn't want to eat this, and he's a sweet tooth just like me.
So, if you want to give it a try, ok, but in my opinion ratio quality/price is disappointing.

Another thing is, a friend of mine ordered some chocolate via EU store and she told me that the staff responds quickly to messages but she didn't get an e-mail about order sent. It is also difficult (impossible?) to sign on to see the status of the order. I couldn't find it, either.

Online Service. The chocolate is probably good, but I never got to try it, because my online order either was not placed, not sent or simply not available. The customer service stated that there were backorder problems. I even was sent jpeg pictures of a tracking order with no link associated. The credit card was charged, no problem there, until now 4 weeks later since placing my order, I have not received a reimbursement. Very unprofessional, unfortunately.

Nice chocolate, if a little over priced but the staff are horrendous. Everyone seems unhelpful, rude, and generally clueless about products and ordering. Was going to spend a lot at Christmas and ended up not doing so because staff were so unprofessional. Considering how much they charge a little training would not go amiss.

I through it into the bin.
Not only it is overpriced but more importantly it feels
like brown butter melting in the mouth without any taste of Cacao.
Bought several boxes for around 150 CHF at Zürich Airport . I could not believe my taste and even asked friends to taste them.. all had the same comment. As a result I though all into
a bin. After that , I searched for Laederach in Google. Despite the reviews concerning quality comments, I also found articles about child’s abuse involving Laederach company members ..check it out yourself. Personally I will never again buy any of their products.

The best thing in Laderach is their home made chocolate. Which is many flavor and smells really good. Once you try you don't want to stop eating it. Unfortunately they only have shop in Swiss. Die die must try....

I bought box of chocolate pralines and was shocked to discover they still use PALM oil - this is a cheap substitute and controversial..deforestation of our planet happens because of cheap palm oil, animals are loosing their habitats..so corporations can make BIGGER profits. disgusting and no place for palm oil in 21st century!

Readers of these reviews know that, as a chocolate gourmand, I feel obliged to sample all forms of gourmet chocolates wherever in whatever country I might be. With that in mind and to take shelter from the heat of a Freiburg afternoon I entered their local branch of Laderach. As the day was warm, the money short and the prices high, I focused my attention on the individually-wrapped chocolates (sold by weight). Having parted with my €1.05, I unwrapped the calorific morsol, popped it down the hatch but was unprepared for the explosion of chocolate intensity in my mouth. Very memorable but don't tell the accountant.
