My kids have had several birthday parties here, and each one has been a winner. 20 CHF per child for bowling, pizza, water, soda is a pretty good deal, and the birthday boy/girl gets a trophy at the end. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Dinner: poor quality frozen food (not even up to the price), "reheated" after 2 hours of waiting, poor wine and probably gone bad
Digestive at an exaggerated cost for not even a drop of alcohol
Aggressive and unsympathetic staff, rude towards the already limited clientele they have, allow themselves to look badly, respond and react badly in front of kind customers despite the evidence of the shortcomings just mentioned
Anxious to cash in, they get the bill wrong and argue in front of the customers and take it out on us.
Treated like this twice in a row, we can't say we tried.
It's a shame because regular customers since before Covid, with always large groups of friends, will never set foot there again, considering the better relationship between price, quality and service than any other bowling alley within a few kilometres.
