Great location. Very friendly staff. Made us a deal because we were a school class. Definitely going back!

Although I had a map, the entrance was difficult to find, as, while there are Swiss flags, and the name is on the building, if you arrive before it is open, there is a large metal door barring the entrance from view, and no sign that says "entrance." I tried several other candidates before someone was kind enough to show... More

Lake Lugano is a wonderful destination as it combines the relaxed athmosfere of a mediterranean city with the beautiful scenary of the swiss pre-Alps. The Lido has a small beach and a swimming pool and it's full of life during the summer. It's conveniently located near the city centre and restaurants. Tennis playgrounds are also available. An interesting way to... More

Fantastic services, clean beach and grassy areas. Several outdoor pools and diving pool. Never too busy. Nice architecture. Very civilized, both the staff and the customers. Beach bar open in summer. Indoor area for food but not many food options compared to the Riva Caccia Swimming Lido.

50m pool, diving pool, kids pool, lots of grass, beach by lake, pontoons on lake, cafe, bar, good facilities...it has it all. Though you pay for it (expensive entrance) and it gets busy. The lake is also not good for actual swimming, just for paddling.

Good day out. Full of space and pools for any need. Perfect for a family with all the comfort you might need. There is even a sand beach directly on the lake in case you do not like pools. You can rent chaise longue and beach umbrella Value for money!

Well-kept and tidy with four pools and a sand beach at the Lake of Lugano, this is a very nice place for swimmers and sun-bathers of all ages. There is a restaurant with good food and a cocktail bar. We stopped here on a very hot day for a few hours on our way to Tuscany. Lido di Lugano is... More

I paid to get access to the pool and lake area for the afternoon. I found it worth it as I used the lap pool before I headed to the beach to tan. If you have young kids with you it would be worth it as there are lifeguards, kid activities, showers and everything else. If you don't plan on... More

On the lake you could find few places like this, this is one of the biggest and the most crowded. I use to go in other places, smaller but much more comfortable like Lido Riva Caccia.

We are two American adult couples, travelling through France, Italy and Switzerland for a few weeks. On our way out of Varese, Italy (we were on our way to Bern, Switzerland), we decided to stop at the Lido and get some swimming and R&R in. The pools were the cleanest I have ever seen, anywhere. The grassy area was immaculate... More
