Kleine Scheidegg is the trail head for the Wengen, Mänlichen, and other trails with connections to Grindelwald village. Several restaurants with avant and apres ski options. Expect to pay around 3 chf for a small water and 8 chf for a sausage at the top....More

Views into the Lauterbrunnen Valley pleased our eyes. Fantastic. Then, at Wengernalp, the three famous mountains appeared,...More

Yes- it is a super destination but truth be told, it is a terminus and departure point for hikes... or the train journey up to Jungfraujoch. It is the destination point of at least two outstanding hikes that I've done- one from Maennlichen and the...More

Changeover to Jungfrouch happens at this place. A good number of hiking treks can start or end as well on way to Jungfrouch. Station has couple of cafes and restuarants to relax and enjoy nature.
