We couldn't stop ourself jump down from the train for this amazing view. There's connecting train once you reach Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch Glacier. We did not board the train immediately as we taking our own sweet time for photo session.

From our base at Lauterbrunnen, we took a train to Eigergletscher, hiked to Kleine Scheidegg then to Wengernalp before taking a train back to Lauterbrunnen. It was an easy downslope walk with an amazing view! We went on a sunny day so the blue sky made the entire view even more scenic. Pack food for a picnic. The paths are... More

We have been coming to Kliene Scheidegg for many years and we have always enjoyed the famous rosti whilst sitting outside on the rows of benches. Fabulous views, amazing walks and happy faces.

What an amazing location it was...! We went in summer and the place was wonderful. We came from Grindelwald by cog wheel train and stopped at Kleine Schedegg. It is out of the world in beauty and serenity. The railway station, grasslands, sights of three mountains from the far and the bluish water stream in front of the station....all have... More

A must visit. After going here I felt satisfied in my soul. TEN STARS (referring to the scenery, not the general employees of Switzerland)- some Swiss yell at tourists and are cold. .but it's ok cuz they work hard. .off-topic. If you are wondering whether you should spend your precious time going up to the "top of Europe" , and... More

Spectacular views from here, you are almost at the top of Europe. From here you take the train up to the Jungfrau, but even if you don't go all the way up , it is a must to visit this location .

If you go up a little ways from the train stop, there is a large pond and some great benches which makes the perfect spot to rest your legs and feet while enjoying a picnic, or perhaps you can can hike a ways down the mountain as well. The views from here are simply AMAZING! If I was on a... More

Catch the train to Wegnen, Gondola to Manlichen and hike to Kleine Scheidegg. Really fun way to spend a day. There are lots of hikes you can do from Kleine Scheidegg, so a little research beforehand would be helpful.

Lovely train ride from Grindlewald with stunning views all the way. Choice of eating places at the top. This is beautiful in the summer but is even more so in the winter. Access to the Jungfrau from this point. Can go down to Wengen from here too and perhaps back up on the Mannlican cable car and then the bubble... More

If you are going to Jungfraujoch, you will have to change train at KS. But on your way up or down, do spend time to look around and have a short walk. You may go to the artificial lake which will take about 20 minutes which offers great reflection of the mountain. Have fun and enjoy.
