This is by far the best and most beautiful tourist/ souvenir shop in Interlaken. They have very good cultural competence and offer discounts for big tourist groups as well as buy 2, get 3 offers. They are also very Family friendly and have a huge variety of outdoor clothing, classic souvenirs, swiss watches, all in very good quality as well as French crepes with Mövenpick ice cream and Swiss chocolate in the front. We will always come back ! Thank you and god bless you and your business.

Lots of wonderful shirts, gift items. High quality Swiss items, not junk from China. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Great central location.

There are several souvenir shops on the main drag in Interlaken, but this one felt a step better than the others - with a nice selection and some unique items, including a half-price (now 600CHF) full-size fondue station as well as tshirts, swiss-army knives, and the rest of it. Nice place!

I was totally shocked after spending 200 CHF worth of chocolates it turned out that the price for example for the items priced at 28.90 CHF is actually 14.95 CHF for the Lindt minis 500g bags at Jungfrau station on top of the mountain (official Lindt store) and at 16.95 CHF at coop which is available next door to the hotel we are staying at (hotel Interlaken)
Unfortunately the experience I had wasn't pleasant at all, I know I'm on vacation and can spend more than usual but the way they acted and how they tricked customers by writing "NO RETURN RIGHT" on the invoice which you know about AFTER buying, they should have a big sign behind the cashier so people know before buying
When I went there with the chocolates to return them they acted really weird and she literally told me (this is souvenir shop and we work 7 days a week we are not grocery shop!) the old lady with blond hair. Why would I get overcharged because you wish to work more hours to make more money greedy people!
If the chocolate is priced more than double I would expect everything else is
Do not buy anything from this shop you can find same items elsewhere for more than 60% off price as you can see in my one example

While this store has lovely items, they have a no return policy. I purchased a calendar for my husband. When I returned to the hotel and showed it to him, he said he would prefer to have a smaller calendar. We went back approximately 10 minutes later, with receipt and original packaging in hand, to exchange it for a smaller calendar. We were told under no uncertain terms about the no exchange policy. The woman almost appeared scared, which seemed strange. I asked for the clerk who had waited on me by name, and they appeared not to even know her.
We did not have a good experience. It would have been an easy thing to have let us exchange it. They should post the no return policy prominently in the store. When I looked at the receipt later, it had a statement about the no return policy. Thus, you only know about the policy after you have purchased an item if you read the receipt. I will never shop there again!

I was traveling through Switzerland and I needed to pick up some souvenirs for people back home. So looking throughout the airport, there was very little in a lot of other stores. There are mostly food,duty free, and higher end items. I just needed a trinket or two to commemorate being in Switzerland.

The is one of the largest "Swiss products" stores in Interlaken. While there are a lot of tee shirts and similar items, there are also some very attractive (but not cheap) Swiss clothes and souvenirs.

Very near to Interlaken West and hotels. Good selection of wares, but very slow staff. Expensive. It serves its need though.

Good crepe - strange service! I was passing by the crepe stand and thought I’d try one as a quick and easy dessert, little did I know what hassle I’d have to go through! Instead of simply paying for the crepe at the stand, you had to go into the tourist shop and pay for it there where they give you a small ticket. You give this to the crepe-making lady and they make it for you. The crepe itself was lovely, even though I asked for whipped cream and didn’t get it. Quite overpriced though, not the best crepe experience I’ve had.

Great place for many a things. Warm staff made it a better experience. The ice cream gelato (sold outside) quite nice after a tiring day.
